as owners of a business, it is sometimes hard to step away for a bit and let things be run by others, no matter how much you trust them.
the owners of THIS lovely business just took their longest vacation in history… out of the country… during the greatest period of growth Lovely has ever experienced.

Words cannot express how amazed we were when we received our first post-vacation Lovely tour today.
While we were on gone, we had 100% faith in your ability to make great decisions, do your jobs to the best of your ability, and maintain the integrity and quality of the product and service that Lovely strives to offer every single day. Each and every one of you has exceeded our expectations.
Not only did you provide great service to our retail and wholesale clients, but you went above and beyond and gave Lovely the deep clean face lift that she has been begging for and we’ve been too busy to give. We think the painting of the chalkboards (seriously?!), the dusting of every surface and crevice, the changing of the light bulbs (they ALL work?!) and the general care that you put into taking care of Lovely and making her sparkle again are just a few examples of what has had us weepy with thanks all day.
We couldn’t be more blessed and grateful to have employees and friends like you to work alongside, employ, and trust. A simple thank you is not enough to express our gratitude and pride. We promise to always have your best interests at heart as Lovely grows and as you grow with us, and we are thrilled at the prospect of the many rewards we all have to look forward to in the year to come.
2012 will no doubt be our best year yet.
